Can I upgrade my Homestead to a Full Prim sim?

Yes you can get your Homestead (5,000 prim) sim upgraded to a Full Prim (20,000 or 30,000 prim) sim. There is normally an upfront cost associated with an upgrade and your tier will get updated to a Full Prim sim tier. You can request an upgrade by filing a ticket on our support portal about it.
Please note that your terrain and objects on your sim stay as they are when the upgrade is done.
