My sim is down/offline. What do i do? |

| When a sim goes offline, it normally comes back up by itself within 30 mins. If the sim stays offline for over 30 minutes, you can log into LL support system at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and submit a support ticket with Ticket Type 'Land and Region Issues' and Region Request 'Region is down'. The sim will be brought back up shortly after by LL. |
